everyone will be famous for 15 minutes

Today we met at the Tate Modern for class. I absolutely love the Tate Modern. I was especially excited to go because the last time I was here the Pop Art Exhibit (which is the only one I really wanted to go to) was closed for "Re-Hanging."


Rachel Barnes who is an art genius took us to look at Abstract Expressionism and Pop Art or Flux Art as some call it. I was very impressed with the Andy Warhol Pop Art room. The walls were covered in a replica of Warhol's Cow silkscreen piece. You can see it in the picture below. I was just in awe. The nearly two year wait was definitely worth it.
