May Bumps
Today my friend Eva said to me, "This is why the British always talk about the weather. It always changes, so it really does give you something to talk about". I most certainly agree with her. We were fortunate enough to have a few warm and sunny days last week, but this week June gloom has definitely set in. The days are long, gray, and gloomy.
May Bumps started on Wednesday so I went down to the River Cam to cheer on Eddie's W1 Rowing team. Wednesday and Thursday the team rolled over, which isn't too bad considering the fact that team hasn't practice too much in the new eights boat. Hopefully they will bump today!
