So I know that Bon Iver is not playing at Coachella, but I had to post this song. I was sitting at my computer trying to work on my lesson plan (I was actually making charts for the bands I want to see at Coachella) and this song came on my roommates i-pod.
This song reminds me of this past summer. I spent most of the summer in a small one bedroom apartment with brick walls and no air conditioning. It was BY FAR the best summer of my life. I spent the days walking around Silver Lake, listening to music and smoking hookah with amazing friends. At the end of summer we were all looking forward to school because we promised nothing would change...unfortunately promises are broken. I wish we could go back to the way things were.
