Midnight showing of Alice in Wonderland, check. I-MAX 3D, check. Another Tim Burton masterpiece, check.
I really enjoyed Burton's latest film. I thought it was entertaining and had wonderful visual effects. But what is with America's new obsession with 3D? Every commercial before the film was a commercial for a new movie in 3D. What is wrong with the traditional movies? What is wrong with flat characters, characters that don't pop out in your face?
